Let me tell you a short story about how we got from MVP to native mobile configurator
We needed to take all of the cad drawings and map them to our Infor CPQ software. Then build a one of the kind way to price and quote windows and doors by internal sales as well as the customer.
Customer: "Infor in the CPQ world is a leader in the market"
Customer was so excited with the way their business improved they needed to take to the next level.
Customer: "Can we have that on the iPad?"
This was one of the biggest challanges we ever faced. How can we put major server power inside a small device. Ask me when you talk to me about the details but for now this is what we accomplished.
Customer can preview all of the different styles and types of materials by viewing the gallery before making any decisions.
Sales can walk around the house and take initial measurements and sections.
Sales can discuss with customer about additional configurations such as sound proof, thickness, UV protections, etc.
And our final step to discuss with customer the quote and be able to send it to them for final approval.
